Flexing his Business muscle.....

Well, here we are in the ever-changing world of Covid-19 and the even stranger world of the new level of 2.5.


I was lucky enough to have a catch up with Tom from Vision Personal Training Parnell and what an amazing guy Tom is.


Now with the last few months, it is fair to say a lot of people have been in the environment of eating, sometimes drinking more than usual, and being more sedentary than normal. It can all add up to a few extra kilos of unwanted padding (I have myself in mind while I write this)! Business partner Dean and Tom could see the benefit of a different model to most gyms; clients pay for a personal training session each week starting from as low as $55 and this includes having full access to the studio, group classes, nutritional and exercising plans plus catered 1 on 1 personal training towards your goals!
